I first got into Photography in High School - Yearbook Club. We photographed with a 35mm camera (Hanimex A) all in B&W. We also had a dark room to print our pictures and displayed in an enclosed bulletin board and also in the year book. I shot in color film for my personal use for a while. Upgraded my camera to SLR with interchangable lenses, and eventually moved up to a point and shoot digital camera. I joined a couple of Photography Clubs and have grown in many ways with my photography, thanks to a few mentors and good friends. Finally, I upgraded to the DSLR world and am also in the process of upgrading my camera system to a different system with better hardware and lenses. I enjoy shooting a variety of aspects of photography - landscape, waterfalls, mills, lighthouses, abandoned, historical, etc. I am also willing to try something new even if I have limited or no knowledge of the topic - model shooting, people, etc. I hope to continue to grow and explore my world around me through photography. I think the most important tip in photography is lighting as it is everything when it comes to photographying your subject, and I'm still learning this too. Practice & Experiment!
